Flowers and food gifts require clear customer expectations.

Fresh goods

Flowers, cakes, sweets, and fruit are perishable and not returnable after successful delivery.

Visible damage should be reported with photos on the day of delivery for review.

If the delivered item does not match the order or approved substitution, support can arrange a remedy.

Incorrect address or unreachable recipient may require redelivery fees or revised delivery scheduling.
